RAVEN. omfg I adore Raven and her voice is AWESOME. Hilary Duff is okay as an actress but wtf - her voice is HORRIBLE. Flat and monotone anyone?

Bow Wow is okay but he's not much of a singer

I like Lindsay Lohan the best, but I don't think her voice is anything to rave about. It's better than Hilary's, that's for sure. So I voted for Raven because she's got a lot of soul in her voice and I love that

The only ones I 've heard have been Hillary and Bow Wow. I can't stand Bow Wow, so I vote for Hilary. I like her songs.

Well.......Bow Wow is a rapper (and a terrible one if that)......and the rest can't sing for shit

I'll vote for other.......becuase I'm sure theirs at least one young artist out their who can sing better than those 5

i go for hilary duff, although honestly - i don't think she's that great - a - singer. but i do like her, thus i voted for her + i don't know much about the other acts.

another thing - to compare duff to bow wow, is not on.
