| Thats true. I do think that Boom Boom would be kind of un-fresh to some stations. But when im talking about it would appeal to urban audiences, I dont think they'll accept her, but they'll think it was a hot song. Like Toxic. A lot of "ethnic" people in my classes were like "yo that song toxic is the shit" and they had it on mixtapes and would listen to it.
I just dont want a single purely driven off of the visual aspect. I do think that Breathe would make a good single, but if she did a video where shes having sex or w/e, it would be tired and it would overshadow the potential the song has.
But for a video, I do like the idea of the club and her feeling the atmosphere. I see a lot of blues with maybe pink and purple fog around the club. Or maybe even that bubble crap they do in clubs. As long as the whole thing isnt ONYX re-enacted. |

| [LOGAN:] I got it from Stuff magazine And www.the-oc.org as well. [/LOGAN]
I think Breathe on Me might do well. It may not do so good for Britney's image, because we all know that she will have a sexy video accompanying it. And by sexy video, I mean it will feature a lot of sex or simulations of sex. It's not good for Britney's image.
The song itself, I think is more appropriate for a summer song than Boom Boom, so that is a plus, I guess. But, Boom Boom is a great summer song, too.
It's tough to say what would make a great next single. I think that nearly every song on that album has the potential to be a great hit, provided it is listened to by the right ears. Even Early Morning could do okay.
I think Brave New Girl could actually do well. All of my sister's friends, who aren't Britney fans, seem to like that song the best. You never know, though. I thought Toxic would flop. |

I guess I never read it thoroughly.
I love "Early Mornin'" and that would make a good summer single as well, in my opinion. People going out, clubbin', etc., I just think people could relate to it. The summery songs, I think, are "Breathe On Me," "Early Mornin'," "Boom Boom," and/or "Outrageous." Obviously I'd much rather see "Breathe On Me" be released but it doesn't seem like us fans have much say in the singles.
Way off topic: I had a dream where "Early Mornin'" and "Outrageous" were both singles, at the same time, and uh, their accompanying videos were the exact same. Just thought I'd throw that in there. |

| I think it'd be bomb if Jive held a poll and allowed us to choose. That'd be the smart thing. However, Jive isn't really smart. |

| ^ Haters can vote their asses off for Brave New Girl
Anyway... I say Outrageous then Breathe On Me. Blah one of them. But Britney seriously should open up to other genres instead of sticking to pop (dance is still kind of pop). She should try some hip hop influenced songs.. Outrageous should have been the first singleeee!!!!! |

| I agree with Logan...I envision the BOM video to have a more aquatic feel...if only through the lighting...bluish-green hues would probably work best...that's why I think she should team up with a director who really knows how to set a mood with lighting...preferably someone she's never worked with before...perhaps Matthew Rolston who has directed many gorgeous videos like Madonna's "The Power of Goodbye", Dido's "Hunter", Mandy Moore's "In My Pocket", etc...
I could also see them going for a completely glam look...like high fashion photography...thoroughly modern (not futuristic)...something sexy and sophisticated...since the song is basically about foreplay or the prelude to sex...it should be about the art of seduction...subtle, rather than explicit...
Whatever the case, I hope it's not set in a club...that's too obvious and she's beaten that scenario to death...
