I WAS THERE!!!
The show was amazing. Thalia sang first, then Hilary, then Sean Paul. During Sean Paul I walked out to get some food and I noticed a big crowd of people. Turns out Hilary's sister and band were signing autographs. I've already met Haylie before so it was nice to see her again (they're from here in Houston).
Then I saw this booth where you can enter for backstage passes. I signed my name and put it in the box along with my seat numbers, incase I won. That way they could come to my seat and tell me I had won. The lady told me they were about to pick the winner so I should stick around to see who won...
Turns out I didn't win. But they seemed like they were in a hurry because the backstage session was just about to start and they still had to go find the winners. Jokingly I go "I'll be the winner instead!" I guess they took it seriously because they gave me the passes lmfao. I got my pass, they took us upstairs... and it was great. I met the Black Eyed Peas and Simple Plan. Although I've met many singers before at meet and greets, never was it a backstage type deal.
At the backstage area they had decorated it really nice.. food everywhere. There was a nice couch that the artists sat on during their interviews.
The bands were really nice. I wish I met Hilary and Thalia though. The whole thing was rushed so we didn't spend much time there. During this whole thing I missed the Evanescence performance but I don't mind.
