Hilary Duff is growing up (and out) right before our eyes. The 16-year-old starlet, who is busy filming The Perfect Man with Heather Locklear in Toronto, appears to have gained a few extra pounds. "In the first picture, she's probably around 115 to 118 pounds," speculates Dr. Howard Shapiro, a New York City weight-loss specialist who has never treated Duff. "Now she looks closer to 130 to 140 pounds. That's a significant gain for her." But her publicist insists there isn't one extra ounce of her to love. "Hilary has not gained any weight and her clothing size has not changed," her rep tells Star. "Perhaps the scarf she has around her middle and the angle of the photo [in Star magazine] give the illusion of a weight gain, but that's not the case." You decide!

Lol..yeah I saw that before. She does look really bad in the 2nd picture..you can tell she did gain weight but I think it IS just a bad picture in general.
