In an ongoing quest to be Britney. Hilary Duff had made a movie with a plot line very similar to "Brave New Girl"/"A Mother's Gift". Hilary's character (a small town girl) gets accepted to a performing arts school.The film will revolve around her efforts to confront her lack of formal classic training and deal with a romantic entanglement. Gee I wonder where or where the idea for that came from.

I don't think she's copied Britney in the least... Uh hello??! There's other movies out there like it... the one that comes to mind is "Save the Last Dance"...which indeed has a very similar plotline.. Everything's been done in movies and it's getting harder to reinvent plotlines....
