The bridge looks a lot thinner, too. But it doesn't look like "I've lost my baby fat" thinner.

she just lost weight, and her face looks kinda skeletal sometimes (maybe she should gain 5 lbs)...i actually think she looks good.

she didn't get a nose job... people need to stop looking at every little thing that looks a little different.
her face used to be chubby, not its just bone... i don't know... I highly doubt she got surgery

Thats not it. Usually Im the one saying that, but she's obviously had her nose re-done. You dont lose weight in the tip of your nose and hers is totally different. Her entire nose has changed.

Well I know she got her teeth bigger so it wouldn't surprise me if she did have a nose job. which actually is a shame considering how young she is.

i know she's a celeb and everything but most places won't do surgery on someone so young because her bones and everything are still developing and when you're still developing the plastic surgery that looks awesome today, may bite you in the rear later...

and i think it's just the fact that she lost loads of weight... it'll change any facial structure..

i vote...no surgery

I don't think she's had one. People's faces change as with age. For this to be plausable, we'd have to say that 99% of celebrities have had nose jobs. Nobodys nose looks the same in every picture.
