Brandy Norwood has been forced to drop out of NBC's America's Got Talent, where she served as a judge for the first season with David Hasselhoff and Piers Morgan, and has already been replaced a day later with Sharon Osbourne. Simon Cowell produces America's Got Talent and Cowell and Osbourne, the wife of Ozzy Osbourne and a former talk show host herself, have worked together before. Brandy was involved in a fatal car accident on a Los Angeles freeway last December and could be facing very serious charges in that situation, which had led to speculation over whether or not she even could return to the NBC show. Brandy announced her departure yesterday.
