I don't know of any sites, but you can search Kazaa or WinMX for some.

kazaa is full of shit and winmx makes u queue like forever.

No, you don't have to pay. But I wouldn't reccomend Kazaa. It gave me a virus I use WinMx and it's okay as long as you don't have to many things downloading at once.
