After a spectacular run as Dancing With the Stars' first contestant to compete with an artificial limb, Heather Mills was voted off the show last night. "We knew we were going out," admitted Heather. "We were in the bottom two last week. We're not surprised." She even came prepared with a farewell speech tucked into her top. Paul McCartney's soon-to-be ex-wife came into the competition as an underdog because of her artificial leg and her acrimonious divorce proceedings. But she soon won over fans with flashy moves that made her an inspiration. "I want to show you can get out there and do anything with an artificial leg," she'd said.
