Microsoft Windows comes bundled with a Swastica with it!!!

Open up Character Map.
Choose WingDings
then,...go to the next to last row.
select the 12th character starting from the left.
click AND hold

Look in the middle----it has a small, white swastika!!!!

Note: at least one person has shown me that her set for WingDings doesn't have it,.....but most others I have asked have seen it
