britney has tried to front the girl-next-door image and wear risque, skin-baring outfits at the same time. it doesn't work very well, and people criticize it, for it
can be pretty hypocritical at times. pink, on the other hand, has pretty much had the bad-girl image from the start...for her to do something like this (trashy as it may make her look) makes more sense than for sweet, angelic britney to do so.
(this is not a rant on britney, this is just why i think pink gets away with the hoebag look, while britney gets flak for comparatively small things.)
