Hey i am looking into getting a laptop and i wanted to know where i can go online to find a place where you can pick everything ya want (like Hard drive size, cd drives and stuff like that).

Anyone know?

lol yeah Dell has something to where ya do add-ons for free, but i heard dells are no good. Is that true? Those commercials are enough to make me not want to get one! lmfao

well, i have a dell, i still have it, i think is a very good computer, you know what i definitely not recommend? COMPAQ

but i think dell is quite good. try IBM.com or something to see who else has that

i dont know particular sites but if you want everything just get all the parts and dont get certain companies.

i have a dell laptop, and i use it all the time. dells are MUCH better than COMPAQ! trust me on that one.. i work on compaq's all day, and the damn things have so many problems!

the only thing with dell, is if you add on to your computer/laptop they do charge you extra for not going with what comes with.

I would reccomend getting a dell and then buying the harddrive, memory, and other things you want. Try Pricewatch to find the hardware. It is pretty good, i bought my motherboard and vid card through one of their vendors.
