Here is a quick VCD burning guide using Nero.
First open Nero and you should see a wizard like the one below. Click on compile new CD then next at the bottom:
Then you click on Other CD Formats like below then next:
The click on VCD and Next:
The click on finish:
You should now be here, if you look to the right there is a window like the Windows Browser. Just look for your mpg files and drag and drop them to the white space to the left:
You're going to see something like that cause its check the file. It could take anywhere from a couple of seconds to MANY minutes just let it do its job until its finished:
It should look like this now. Right under window there's a burn button, click it when you've put all your files in the window beneath that you want to burn onto VCD.
Now just let them burn and after, eject the CD and try it in the DVD Player. If your DVD Player is VCD compatible it should work. If it gives you an error and tells you that the mpg file is wrong push a button that says RE-ENCODE FILE if you want to use it. This could take up to several
HOURS to re-encode but if you want to use it, let it re-encode. If you still have any questions ask me!
