Personally, i found the best place to download mp3s isIRC . The waits are usually shorter, downloads faster, and you have a bigger selection than on Morpheus or Kazaa. Plus, no spyware.

I have Morpheus and KaZaA. How come when I try to open KaZaA, it brings up Morpheus????
