Yeah, thanks to this whole Beans On Toast thing, I went to the grocery store to get some beans, I ended up coming home with all the fixin's for nachos. I ate them all, and there was more than a pound of ground beef on there. I'm SO full now.

I had some warm water when I woke up this morning at 7, it's 10:30 now. It gets rid of the previous day's impurities if you drink a glass/cup/mug (whatev you wanna call it) of warm water in the morn when you wake up. So I tried it and I haven't noticed a difference that is so significant. But I feel better mentally.

And I also had some honey...

I read in a book it's good to externally put honey on your face (or any other place where your skin is aggravated) three times a week, leaving it on for 30 minutes each time, and then rinsing it off with warm water. It'll leave your skin young, soft, and supple. This is for treatment of acne. (WHICH SUCKS)

Sorry, all this in a food thread. My bad. I'll take my acne talk elsewhere.

Don't look at me weird, I read it in a book.

But yeah, later, I'm gonna pig out on some I don't know -- anything I find. And maybe I'll come back and type about it.

I heard that you should have a glass of warm water with lemon in it, its supposed to clear the system.

I don't know of anything worse that you could eat. But hey, whatever floats your boat.
