Is unixowns.net owned by the same people that own britneyforums.com or is this some other website with a clone homepage to try to trick people to go there and then to "log in" with their username and password so that you have people's passwords for their usernames???

http://www.britneyforums.com is just an "alias" for http://www.unixowns.net, which automatically forwards to the /forums/ directory in order to show the forums - nothing fishy about it.
