Tori Spelling gave guests at her baby shower a cosmetic lip injection set in their goody bags.

The former 'Beverly Hills 90210' actress and her husband Dean McDermott gave guests an exclusive gift bag produced by The Silver Spoon, which included a Too Faced Lip Injection, a $600 pearl bracelet and an InphantElefant baby blanket.
