60% is even only a rough estimate. i'm trying to imagine just how many people have cell phones...a lot of business-type people have them...in high school i imagine they are somewhat common but not the norm...in college, quite a few people have them but quite a few also don't...and then of course there are a lot of people who simply can't afford the extra expense. i have no idea if my percentage is accurate or not, but it's a wild guess based on how many phones i see all over the place.

OMG EVERYBODY have cell phones in highschooles here.. maybe 1 in every class that doesn´t have one.. usually the nerd of the class
