The Pop Idol show in the uk. Right, we all know it was a fix that Will Young won but that's not what I'm speaking about.

I'm as pissed as can be as fuck because the show was just a fast ticket for fame and after a month, the bastards Will Young and Gareth Gates have got number ones.

i have no problem with Will or Gareth, i wouldn't say i am a fan, but i don't have a problem with them. yes they had a shortcut to fame, but that was because the show was successful...given the chance, i'm sure u would have done the same thing. they just followed their ambition, it's not their fault that the public loves them...it's now their job to prove that they are worthy of their instant fame, lets see if they can do it.

I agree, as you can tell I am a Gareth fan, but that's not the point. I'm sure Britney and Shakira don't begrudge Will and Gareth a No 1 single.

I don't really have a problem with them, only the money grabbing bastards that make the programmes in the first place. There is gonna be another series, but as far as i'm concerned they've taken the concept far enough. NO MORE.
