They were just talking about this on the news, it is one step under red (which is the highest leval).

Do U think anything will happen here? I think something may, i know they said it was for overseas but after the confrence they said that the vice president is now in a un-disclosed location again.

Seeing the "ABC News Special Report" logo pop up was kind of odd, it makes you think for a second about the possibility that they did something again, but then when he said what it was it was a relief!

I agree that the color thing is kinda stupid, but something could happen. They said this is the same exact way things were a few days before 9/11/01, with terrorist attacks announced for other countries, but nothing about the US.
