Strong Beliefs - Eternal Allegiance

I have been thinking about some things I believe strongly in and one of those things is wildlife. I love and am a strong believer in conservation of wildlife. These animals are dying right in front of us, their forests are being wiped out and nothing is being done about it. In a few years, 10, 20 years maybe less, all these animals could be extinct and all we have left is what we have in Zoo's and all of that will be a distant memory.

We have a right to our house.. animals have a right to theirs. I guess I am thinking about it as I saw a video on the PETA site today about monkeys and I had to turn it off. It was horrible..

Yeah it really sucks. There are organisations that fight against this kind of thing which you can donate to, I forgot what the one is called in my country. Anymore than that we can't do though from here. The list of endangered species is endless. Sometimes I wonder if it may be a good idea to go ahead and hunt the people that hunt the animals. Predator style.

I think we should just go for the people who are killing them heh they deserve some punishment. All those elephants who die in pain just for their ivory tusks. grrr.

I don't know if I really believe strongly for or against anything. I mean, I have an opinion of course but...and well, the obvious things like rape and murder and the like I'm obviously against. I think animal rights is an important issue that is overlooked much of the time. I think immigration is another important issue that no one can seem to come to a clear and concise decision on. I feel strongly that college should be more affordable and that health care should be something that everyone is given regardless of their place in society. But then again, I don't know if those two things are even possible in this society currently, it would just be nice if they were.

That is what we used to have here, but guess what heh, they want to change things to how it is in the USA. *smacks head* If only those fools in office would realize that USA isn't everything... maybe they'd do more effort to keep our own systems intact.

There are just some things in this world we have to accept, even if we disagree. Democracy is an illusion. It opens the gates for abuse of free rights. And people are people when it comes to abuse for their own benefits. I'll never want to be a politician heh.
