This thread even if it is old is so offensive, I know smoking is bad for you and that but to treat smokers like lepers is just wrong.

We have the right to talk about smoking if we choose to, If you dont like the thread, dont come in to it. Its interesting to see how many smoke. It is a health issue and shows how little people smoke nowadays.

and I have the right to say I find it offensive. Just like you do all the friggin time when you find something offensive so shut up.

I don't smoke, nor would I want to but the guy I love and will be marrying in the future does, that doesn't make him a bad person and I wouldn't not date him just because he smokes because hey people aren't perfect. I fell in love with him, not his health.

Growing up as I did, I would've thought I'd pick up on the habit. My mom did drugs, smoked, and drank. I'm glad I didn't start and I'm hoping I never will, I haven't so far and that's a good thing. Seeing the hazards that it can be to your health has kept me from doing it.
