I see no reason to ban him. I mean, they're RUMORS, so what? While Britney's not in the media that much, there are going be rumors, and personally, i don't mind keeping up with the rumors. If i see a title i don't like i don't read it. If he's not making up complete crap and posting it, but posting it from actual magazines, then why not let it be? He's just posting stuff he's read and informing Britney fans of stuff they may wanna know is being said about Brit. It's no big deal, really.

See no reason for a ban neither... havn't seen him do anything
wrong/anything worthy of a ban ... only 'problem' I have with
his 'news' posting are, that he hardly ever post a damn source
to where he found his 'news' from... at least I've rarely seen a
source in the posts...

If he had fun posting rumors, it's his own business. He doesn't bash Britney himself, does he? Can't you be patient. If you don't like him so don't answer to his posts. He will be banned when the moderators will think he should be. So I didn't vote for anything.
