I got exactly what I wanted for Christmas. For months on end I've been ranting and raving about how wonderful Christmas would be if both my paternal and maternal grandmother's were together for the holiday's and with the family. So my parents secretly flew my grandma (paternal side) in, and I only found out on Christmas Eve. I also got to spend a wonderful holiday with my other grandmother who isn't feeling well lately...Altogether, I got exactly what I wanted. A quiet holiday with the fam.

You are sooo rich! I got 2 books, 2 pillows and a blanket...... I actually get REAL gifts on New Years' Eve. But still, you are rich! My sister would never give me a dvd-player! That's tooo expensive... Even my dad can't afford it. And we ain't poor!

DVD players DEFINATELY aren't that expensive anymore. They've come down a LOT in price, so it's really not a big deal anymore...
