Default a "saving pics from the net" question ((Pease Help!))

im at school right now, in my desktop publishing class..
and i have to design this catalogue for a clothing store, etc..

the website i need to get my pictures from is a flash website, and i cant just right click/save as...

is there anyway i can save these pics?
your help is appreciated!..

Try to take screenshots and then do some creative cutting and editing

Yea... the ''taking a screenshot and cut'n'edit'' solution is
probably the easiest .

Alternatively, I'd probably be possible to import the Flash
animation into the Macromedia Flash app... and copying the
picture from there... but that involves a bit more than the
other solutiion - also, it's not always possible to just import
the Flash files... if they're protected against that... so yea,
I'd probably go with John's solution too (if I didn't have Flash
installed (and didn't want to install it)) .

yea.. thats what i ended up resorting to.. the PrintScreen button.. but it was too small after i cropped it, and got blurry when i tried to enlarge it... grrr..
hehe..
so i moved on to a different product..
