*coughs* Wow, a lot of you obviously didn't read the article. Although he was the only candidate, you could have either circle YES or NO. But yes, I agree w/ the person who said that it's because you had to put your name on the paper. It was probably out of fear or something.

I don't know...that's why I want the opinion of someone from that country.
