okay how do u change a bmp file into a jpg file??? grr i want to use this picture for my avatar but its a bmp file and i dont know how to change it..who does??

open the file in a picture program thingy. then on the bottom of the box when you go to save it, there's a pull down menu. Select .jpg. then save it.
