im really really into the whole "urban exploring" thing, and i go to many places that some like to go ghost hunting. I've never had any experiences in these asylums i have been to. But one place in New Jersey called Lambertville High School, i had my own experiences. Whenever i walked the perimeter of the building, i felt someone was looking down at me through the windows. and we took pictures, and theres this blue smoke around the windows. Now the building is 3 floors high, and no one was smoking. and no one was inside the building.
i was the leader of the group, so i was the first to enter rooms and direct everyone. This one room on the second floor something was hanging from the ceiling and it was moving. No one was in the room prior - the place is relatively small so you know if someone else is in the building with you.
and before we left my two other friends went outside to the front to wait for me and my other friend. Me and my other friend wanted to go into the basement and sit in complete silence and darkness. At the same excat moment i saw something dart across the room and he heard a whipser in his ear of "yes". After that we deicded to get out.

my friend pointed out to me on the wall...a face.
and afterwards we went to "cry baby bridge" aka Van Sant Bridge. and i video taped it, and on it is a voice. it was only me and my friend scott out on the bridge - and hes not british or even have an accent.
Psychic/Ghost Experiences 
It's just that, for example, the picture of that 'face' on the wall. Well you could do that to clouds to. Make something out of nothing. Doesn't mean anything to me.
