I sometimes take frames from videos on the computer when I have Animation Shop 3 open cause then I can make matching blends... I did it with my theme...

Just play the vid, to take a screen cap, just press 'c' on your keyboad, the image will be saved on your computer, then copy and paste it in an empty document (in paint, paintshop pro, animation shop, whatever

)

And you'll have your cap
