Ive seen some infections in that area when I worked in the hospital and its really not nice to have an infection down below!

Well, first thing is to who ever cuts his hair in the back area: be carefull! You can easily get an abscess when the hair is growing under the skin instead of growing out of the skin. Also because there are a lot of bacteria's down there you have more chance on getting it.

When you have an infection with abscess you have to get a threatment in the hospital, and if you have been there, you will know that this one is the most embarrising threatment for let's say people in general. The doctors will mostly cut the abscess open to get the infection out. Then the nurses have to clean it about 2-3 times day (depends on doctors threatment). It hurts and when you have to the toilet it hurts even more because its an open wound then.

If its a big abscess you can get a drain in there to get the infection out and I think I will stop here

Actually I confess something similar happened to me once!! I shaved my bikini line and I got a lump the size of an egg growing on my bikini line and it hurt like crazy. I didn't have to go into the hospital but the nurse put this ointment on it and dressing which made it burst and it was pretty disgusting. I have a scar there now. It was when I was about 16 so my mum got seriously pissed with me for shaving there.
