I have it. I was just wondereing if any one else does? Sorry if its too personal a question you don't have to go into detail. Apparently its a really common thing

I have lots of little ocds that all follow on from each other its just embarrasing to talk about em

altho I do have one abour cracking my bones, like if i crack my knuckles i have to know matter what anyone says otherwise crack every other bone that can be cracked after it. Its like this thing in my head telling me i have to do it or somethin bad will go wrong :S

And when i wash up and stuff like that i have to do them in the same exact routine or it worries me for some strange reason and i will start again if it goes wrong

No one has really told me how to stop this or control them so i just live with it. So what weird little things do u HAVE to do no matter what?

i dont think i have ocd but sometimes i feel obsessed with my looks and food, if that counts (and yes i know the clinical name for it) but it does take over you. i had a friend who i thought had ocd, she'd always look in the mirror and do her makeup, sometimes she'd even redo her makeup and spend 5 minutes making 2 strands of hair move.

heyy!! im so glad i finaly know how that's called in english.

i have a lot:

* i have to listen to 'cinderella' every time before i go to school
* when im reading like the newspaper, and i scan just really quickly the pages, and so i turn the page, and then something in my head says: 'what was the titel again?' and i have to go back and look what the titel says, all though i dont want to.

* and there are some other stuff but i dont feel like sharing that

yea..i dont know the techincal term....but
when i do something to one side..i have to do it to the other side. like if i touch something cold with the side of my arm...i have to do it to the other arm so my body seems even. it tends to get annoying cuz when im in school and the arm my desk is cold (only one arm so we can get out) i put my arm against it and then i have to turn myself around so i can do it to the other arm or else i go crazy...i dont go slamming my arm into a wall if i did it with one arm...but when its small things like the desk thing, i do.

everyone has a little OCD in them. its just normal. I know for me i have to always have a fan on in my room at all times i just fell more comfortable with it. When i play hockey i have to do certain things before the game like wearing the same t sheet and shorts under my pads. i always put my left skate on first and than tie it and than one right and tie that one. when i go our for warmups i always take two trips around the rink and than stretch with the goalie. i only take 10 shots during warmups than i sit on the bench for the last 5-10 minutes before the game.
