hehe glad you enjoyed...

I didn't take them too seriously at first, but yeah some certainly are true, that trust one in particular rings home, but it can come back.

I blame today's society for it. Too much getting screwed over for putting trust in people makes you very suspicious at the slightest deflection in future relationships of any kind. And not a damn thing you can do about it either.

All you can do is give yourself the time.

True, true... I dunno, I don't really believe in blaming society for it though - sure some things about it are shit, but you got to take responsibility for yourself. Although I admit I'm good at shifting the blame and don't listen to my own words, heh.

Time does heal most wounds though I can vouch for that.

I usually take it on a step by step basis. I know it's my fault cause I'm the one screwed up like that. But do I want to be screwed up like that? Hell no. So I try to change it. But I can't seem to succeed. It's too deep to even touch it without screwing anything else up. Believe me, I've tried.

So I'm stuck with myself being that way, and I'm not even the one responsible for it. I could say it's my fault for trusting people to begin with, but that brings me back to the problem at hand. So who's fault is it then? heh. Gotta put the blame on *something* without killing yourself over it...

Hmmm well you can put the fault on the person(s) who betrayed your trust, but realize that's only a very small percentage of society, and that not everyone is like that.

Sometimes you do have to take responsibility yourself though, you can't just blame the other person, else you'll make the same problems again. I'm really not the person to be asking though because I can say this advice but I never follow it hehe.

That's a fact yeah. It's also not like every other soul I encounter automatically gets the blame too, that would be a very blind thing to do. It gets harder when you don't get to see anything else but that small percentage of society. But I agree that inspite of all that, you should never give up on people.

Hehe, still you're very right. Because of the fact that you can't just blame the other person, I always went and put the blame on myself. I found out that that's not the right way either. So now I just analize the situation, and see who deserves to be blamed for doing what. Mostly I put a bit of the blame here and a bit of the blame there. But the funny thing is, in the end.. it doesn't even matter.

Well that's good to hear you do agree on that, was a bit worried there! It is hard, but most people are basically good, if at times a bit stupid.

Yeah that's a much better way of assigning 'blame'... it does matter to a degree though I think. Eventually you do get over it yeah, but to move on I think you really need to understand why the other person/yourself did what they did, so it can be avoided in future, and to stop yourself from going insane.

Default Re: observations about life

Oh my gosh, those are great. So many apply to me...eeek. Esp. number 6 but that's just because it is IMPOSSIBLE for me to read out loud at any given time. The words just come out wrong. Not my fault.
