...I've been listening to Kelis' "Good Stuff" (from her Neptunes produced album, KALEIDOSCOPE) on repeat for the past hour...I bought her debut album in late '99 when it came out and didn't much care for it then...so I sold it back...mind you, this was before I had any real concept of The Neptunes' genius...so this evening I download "Good Stuff" and "Caught Out There (I Hate You So Much Right Now")...and I've really come to believe that Pharrel and Chad are way ahead of their time, with a nice retro sensibility...

For those of you who have their (The Neptunes/N.E.R.D.) new album In Search Of......could you briefly describe the sound and if it's worth a listen (or even a purchase)...that would be much appreciated...

I think it would be awesome if Britney collaborated with Kelis on a Neptunes produced track for her next album (Britney's that is)...
...forgive me...it's just a bit of wishful thinking...

actually, they can do wrong, a little number called 'girlfriend' by nsync, ,and some other I haven't heard

other than that they ROCK!!!

yeah, but be careful, there are 2 versions, an album with drum machines [UK] and one with live instruments[US], I recomend the 2nd option

I love the neptunes work with Britney. She should definitelyy do more tracks with them in the future.

That's what I've been saying for these last couple months. Damn, you think you know all the songs they've produced. Shit, they've done a lot. I'ma find the list for all the songs they've produced so I can recommend some to download.

And hell yes, the N*E*R*D album is worth buying. *nods*
