Hey im 25 years old an i am extremely concerned for the metal wellbeing of my 19 year old younger brother. He is convinced that he is horrendously ugly and no matter what me of my parents say to him he won't listen. I personally don't think hes ugly but when i say hes not he accuses me of lying to him and saying im only saying hes not ugly because i dont want him to feel bad. I try over and over but he usually loses his temper or breaks down. Sometimes i feel as if i am going mad thanks to the awkward positions he puts me in. He claims hes absolutely hideious to look at and that is the reason hes never had a proper girlfriend. I mean, is he actually ugly or is it all in his head?? what do you people think of him?? what should i say to him??? This goes on everyday and as i say, i feel im going nuts because of his constant nagging for the last few years. Thanks people, honest feedback woud be appreciated. Cheers.

Encourage your brother that he is not ugly. He has low self-esteem really I think you need to help him

Tell him to get to a gym pronto. That'll help build his self esteem. Tell him to go to more movies, especially comedy. That's it. I'm out of advice.
