Hey Do u guys know of any good ones??? i am just trying to make a britney videos VCD and i want to cut out some of the crap at the begining of them... Which one is the best to use?

Hey how easy is it to use?
i just downloaded it and i looked at it really quick and it looks confusing.

its pretty easy to use.
just press home at start of scene u like to copy, cut or whatever and end at the end of it.
now its marked then u can do whatever u like to do.
under video u can choose the compression and stuff.
audio need s no explanation
if u have problems use the help file its realy easy.

Cool software, but it sucks that u have to save it as AVI and then re-convert it to VCD format!

VirtualDub is a cool program to capture video from (considering you use a great codec) and edit a video in every way you can think of (you could download different types of great filters out there). Its the best AVI program out there!

Now for MPEG, I would have to say the best program would be TMPGEnc, thats the best MPEG program I can think of, you could edit MPEG, MPEG2 (and others including AVI), It can edit mpeg video files and output them as they are and can do other lots of stuff too!
