wouldnt it be nice if all people got medicle attention despite insurance, people go to the college they want based on skills not money, and the legal system really was fair? we can dream but i doubt that would happen. even an "ideal" socitey has faults. Communism was first thought as a good way of more even wealth and it sure wasn't. There really is no solution. But it sucks to look at people with money who can get things you can't and it does make you mad and jealous.

Yes, but if the gun never existed, there would be no way to kill the people. Just like if money didnt exist, people would be much happier, because the quality of life would go way up. But then again, with out money, how do you fairly distribute goods and services.

people could still use poison, knives, fighting, etc. i get what you're saying though. i believe as long as there has been good there has been evil. (maybe this was in buffy or lord of the rings, it was somewhre onscreen and i agree) money seems good but is evil. guns seem like a way to defend yourself but really kill innocent people. there is no real solution.

I think money is a double sword , in one side its disgusting, people will do the unthinkable for it (bad things) people have been killed for as little as $2.00, prostitution just to get money to get drugs, the fate of justice can be change depending on the kind of lawyer you can afford (OJ), huge corporation executives running away with inocent's people lifetime savings (Enron)...on the other side it makes you want to be succesful in life go to college, get a high paid career so you can have the best for your kids and yourself...its the greedy people in this world that want to be richer by the minute, and the person next to them poorer by the minute...

It creates motivation (good thing), motivation will turn into competition (good thing) competition results in winners (good thing) and losers (bad thing) who become jealous( bad thing) and greedy (bad thing) and eventually leads to people stealing (bad thing) and other crimes (bad thing) and the lack of money creates poverty (bad thing) and a huge gap between wealthy and poor (BAD thing!) which can result in civil wars (bad thing) violent revolutions (bad thing) and so on.

yes mcklein, and the wealth gaps worldwide keep growing and growing too. the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. once i was at a maad meeting i took someone im close to to cause it was for probation and this bs judge goes "it doesnt matter who you are or how much money you have, you still get punished by the law no matter what. there's no way out" i wouldnt be suprised if the guy's outfit and car was paid for by corrupt things and criminals buying their ways out of the system.
