How come the VMA were shot different. It looked like it was taped and was a video the whole time. When something looks live it doesn't look clean and it looks well LIVE. Anyone know why?

I know what you mean. I just hated that. It made everything seem so planned and pre-taped. It just didn't feel right. I have no ideas as to why they woul want to do that though.

have u ever watched the europe vma's when they air on us mtv...its done the same way. almost has a blurred effect, looks more movie like...

I think I remember liking the VMA 2000 performance more
during the re-runs... 'cause it had a 'blurry' effect sometimes...

It had to do with the lighting, the lighting onstage had a blue tint, but when u saw the audiance it looked normal. Bad choice though!

I thought my jerk brother did something to my big screen AGAIN! It looked all dirty and gross at the VMA's like LQ t.v or something. But now I know the truth. I better go apologize for yellin at my bro...
