Ideas for a creative VDay? - Eternal Allegiance

I want to do something unique for VDay this year, and was hoping to get some feedback, possibly inspiration. I came across a few places that boast personalized wine, where you get to design a label and have it put on a bottle. That sounded nice, but maybe too regular as both my girlfriend and I enjoy wine together often. Any ideas? I definitely want to do something personalized and unique, so maybe that with a home-cooked meal, and a snowball fight?
