I'm not sure if someone else has already suggested it, but luau's are always a lot of fun for 18th parties. I had three 18th parties. One was movie themed they decorated the party room as a theater, the next one involved a more formal theme, it was at a country club and the last was a luau.

I was going to say have it at Chippendale's.

..but I think the theme idea is good.
