personally im a SONY fan so what i do i buy all the best parts separate and i buid it my self.

Sony burners , audigy soundcards, ATI all in wonder cards all THX sorround sound system and my Sony 20' flat screen lovely.

thanks for all the feedback guys. right now i have a toshiba laptop, and it's out of commission because the harddrive crashed....so i need to get another computer in the meantime with lots of memory (average 80 gigs), CD Burner and DVD Player, so i can do graphic design on it....

i think i'm gonna buy the HP now, and in a couple years maybe upgrade to a Mac G5 (even though I love PC's Macs are great for graphic design).

i have 2 Hp the old on is ok but it got really screwed up and now it freezes all the time but the new one is great. but yea i would go with a Dell or somthing else.

HP's i think are second best dell is think is better i rented one with i had a gate way (NEVER BUY ONE THEY SUCK)
now i have an HP and it's 10000 times better but if you have the money buy a dell

Go for Dell, i had HP...not really good so i bought a Dell
