right click somewhere on your desktop and go into properties. will probably find something in there that will allow you to change your colors.

i love the look of XP, but i only have Windows ME edition. i used to use the Object Desktop program Window Blinds to customize my desktop and my system but it started to give me problems and i gave up on it, does anybody know where i can get a program that will let me do all this and edit the start bar as well using skins, i love messin about with stuff like that.
