How do i burn Games?!?! - Eternal Allegiance

I am trying to burn back up copies of my Sims games and cannot do it.....nothing happens when i try to burn it.....does anyone know why?!?!?!

also does anyone know where i can download the games?!! If o have them downloaded i don;t have to back up them.....A friend of mine wants to download them too.....i have look on Kazza but you never know what your gonna find especially when it is a .exe could be a virus....anyobne know if there isa way to tell!!! thanks!
