It's in Japanese, but all you need to do is press start, and don't touch the black sides, then click on goal.

it sucks. at the end of level 2 i was in the middle of the white and it said i touched the black. this game isnt correct.

I think it's supposed to do that... yet another "oh, look here... funny game, which in the end is just a pretend-game to try and scare people"...
