WOOOOOOO!!!! I got a 24 on my ACT! I got a 31 on the English section! My counselor said the average overall score on ACT is about 22. So I scored higher than the average by 2 points. I'm pretty damn proud of myself. I'm gonna take it again on June 8th.

Has anybody else taken the ACT recently? Is anyone here about to take it?

Congrats Nope, there are no ACT or SAT here in Canada ... so no ... I haven't taken them

Congratulations...you should be very proud of yourself!!!

When I was in high school...I took the ACT...I didn't study one lick for it and I got an overall score of 19...my GPA was high enough that I didn't have to hit a particular score...i just had to take the test...
That was 5 or 6 years ago...

It's been about 3 years since I took the ACT but I made a 24 too. Our avaerage was in the 30's though. I think there were 2 kids that scored the highest you can get on the ACT.

I didn't have to take the ACT--I wonder why though? .......high school seems so long ago now even though it has only been three years...

I took the SAT's (obviously) and the SAT II...(and an English AP and IB test among other things)....I did well on them--and REALLY well on the SAT II's and IB exam but the University I got into didn't even COUNT them! The AP test did me good though--a free 6 units entering into college and I got to skip freshman comp
