hmmm I just saw on TV on the news that many doctors think now that people that sleep 5-7 hours will live longer than people that sleep 8 hours or more per day!
hmm I sleep about 5-6 hours so this is good news for me lol

sleeping to much is really unhealthy.. you should sleep less.. but ehhm really 15 hours?
Ive heard that some people are born that they just need more sleep than most people so maybe its alright for you to sleep much
Most irritating thing is, I love staying up really late... but I also love sleeping much.... kinda clashes with school... so I'm staying up late... not getting much sleep... and sometimes almost falls asleep in school .
Actually, as long as you hit the REM cycle of sleep, then you should be fine. I sleep about 5 or 6 hours a night, but can get away with 3 hours and feel fine.
