Default Have you ever been on a diet?

I know I have, actually, I been on a diet for 2 years now, I've lost around 50 pounds (25kg), and I'm seeing a nutriologist so I wont end up gaining It all up again.

So, have you ever been on a diet?

The begining of diets are really hard for some people easier for others...
I love diets when you follow them and they are good not only you feel good but you look good.
I have been on a diet and a follow strict exercises mostly comes in the form of running, i love to run i do 6 miles/day

I don't do diets, but I do diet modifications. I'm trying to get abs and i'm working really hard on it but I know I won't always be able to resist the foods I love so you just have to have it in moderation, that's all it's about, moderation. You have to watchout for yourself and what you eat. I can eat pizzas and hamburgers, but that's like only once or twice a week. Moderation and exercise is perfect for me.

I do the same as Adeel does. I'm a small girl anyways, but I want hard abs, so I pretty much just work out every night and limit what I eat. I don't think I could do a real diet, especially one where I couldn't eat potatoes.

I cut out any pop/soda from my life for about three months. I've cut out Coca-Cola for a month and a half too. I'm thinking about trying that again. Does that count as a diet?

It helps a LOT Swany. I know most of my calories through the day are from soda, because I'm addicted to Dr.Pepper and refuse to cut it out.

It's also better for your skin to cut out all that caffeine and carbonation. Soda also has a lot of sugar that you don't really need going through you. The only soda I ever drink is a couple sips every now and then at work when I get really thirsty.

I have been on the weightwatcher diet and I lost over 3 stone, probably near 4 stone. I look so much better now and feel so much better.
