Oh dear lord I have tried EVERYTHING to lose weight. Well lets see:

Atkins: 2 times in fact. It was great because I would have chicken wings at like 10:00pm and woke up feeling skinny! But the longest it last was two weeks. I just got bored afterward. Me and my friend are having an Atkins competition to see who can lose the most wegiht first so I'm starting again soon I guess.

Slim Fast: Bleh. The shakes weren't bad but I was always hungry on it. I first did Slim Fast when I was like 8 so I misread the information so that diet backfired.

Fruits and Veggies only diet: All you do is eat fruits and veggies and I stayed on this for at least a week. It wasn't so bad. The weight came off really easily but it was mainly water weight. Got bored with it quick.

Cabbage soup diet: Bleh. You have to cook this REALLY DISGUSTING cabbage soup with a bunch of yucky ingrediets and you have to cook it one for a whole week and its just blah, yucky. Didn't have a scale then but did see some improvements but had to get off it quickly because it gives you gas

Dexatrim Pills: Ehh its all in your mind really. You don't feel so guilty eating fattening meals when you take this so thats a plus but it wasn't too safe or effective.

Moon Fast: I'm laughing at this diet because it was so crazy. They had this list on this website that shows you what date and time to start this diet because apparently on that day theirs a full moon and its in sync with your body so your not allow to eat or drink anything for 24 HOURS only water and your supposed to lose like 3 or 4 pounds. It work, I lost like two but then it came back after I ate.

Fat Diet: This is kinda like atkin because all your eating is pure fat like cream cheese, macademia nuts, olive oil etc. My ana buddy and I were starting it at the same time but we both quit after the first day, it was soo disgusting.


That all the one I remember of and it all incline to an eating disorder and all that mumbo jumbo. I have lost 80 pounds since over a year ago and my weight been fluctuating between 10 pounds ever since.

Yeah um I don't believe in "diets" and I've never done one. Maybe like a diet for a day but you know. It's just that you have to watch what you eat and eat everything in moderation. Instead of eating half a bag of chips, eat a handful. Instead of eating 3 cookies, eat 1.

Then exercise is the key and I've been depressingly lazy with it. Some days I'm better than others but I'd like to do it more. Even if I don't do much cardio I always try to do some crunches and such. Or I dance around for 20 minutes HEY don't make fun

Saaaame here! I just burned a whole CD with 17 glorious booty-shaking tracks dubbed "Light Ya Ass on Fiyah." If you have the right music you get really into it and spend more time doing it (?) hey it works for me

I was on a diet not too long ago. I ended up losing more than I wanted to. Now I'm trying to gain some of it back.

It's not really a diet, but I eat no sugar at all. And I mean NONE. That includes processed meats, sauces like ketchup or barbecue or ANYTHING with sugar. No matter how much sugar is in it, whether it's just a trace I won't touch it. I was going to indulge on Valentine's day and have chocolate but I decided not too, and i'm glad for that. I feel GREAT and I never have any cravings of any kind for all this sugary stuff, and i've been around free donughts, cake, candies, etc. almost everyday and I just simply refuse to eat them. My friends say I have great willpower.
