well not really, but I train 3 times a week and play football/soccer alot and i burn the food fast inside me or whatever its called.

i dieted two yrs ago... and it got out of control. i became anorexic and bullemic and had to have medical help. I'm ok now but it screwed up my metabolism and my stomach strength.

Its ok i was going thru a hard time. I even got to a point where i just didnt care bout anything n didnt care if i died.... i felt so low. But i picked myself up and got thru it. and i'm glad. I'm happy now i love life! Starting university in september!

My diet was getting out of control too, I was obsessed with my weight, so I decided to take a brake from it, this was last March, this january I started again, 18 pounds fater. hehe

^^ Keep it controlled and eat sensibly and take exercise, best way to live. I guess its like a lifestyle change.

As for the pop thing, I've stopped drinking it freely all the time but I do drink it on special occasions, I could never just stop drinking pop.
