Yes I have had a dream like that before and it's not very good, especially when something bad is going on. I've also had a dream where I know I'm dreaming so I take control of the dream. There was one where I was in school and suddenly I realised 'Hey this is a dream'! So I got up out of my chair, told the teacher where to stuff her crappy lessons and walked home. One of my best dreams ever.

Anyway, yes, I've had lots of those types of dreams... Like getting a super cool CD that I put in a special place and when I wake up, I go looking for it but it isn't there...
