I freaking LOVED book 6. It wasnt as depressing as 5 (which I loved too) It was a closer feel to 4, but with more hormones.

I refuse to believe that Dumbledore is REALLY dead. I mean even if he's just in the portriot on the wall, he will still be able to communicate with Harry in some way, shape or form. Even if he can't do spells and such at least he could give him advice.

I really REALLY want Harry to continue at Hogwarts next year and become an auror. I hope he doesn't die. JK steadily kills of everyone I FUCKING LOVE! Just leave Harry, Hermoine, and Snape alone and I'll be fine.

i don't think dumbledore's really out of the picture either. it would make sense either way, but my heart tells me he isn't.

i was so frustrated with ron and hermione...i mean come on.... that lavendar brown....grrr

i was so devastated when harry said that he wasn't returning to hogwarts, like i actually cried through the last chapter.. i imagined myself at the funeral and seeing everything. and i think even though he and ginny went together wonderfully (can't wait to see that kiss in the movies!!! lol) i'm glad he broke it off before things got too serious.

the RAB is on my mind constantly. maybe it is Snape's brother, maybe not. we shall see what the story unfolds...

Actually Sirius' brother, not Snapes, but anyhow, no one will know I guess for sure until Book 7. I hope Snape dies a cruel and horrible death. And I really liked the whole Harry/Ginny thing, and then it got ruined at the end... DAMN IT!!!

book six was .. the craziest, saddest thing i've ever read. it almost made me cry, and no book has made me almost cry except the notebook (not the ending though, because they're like ninety and they have sex. sick.). some of the theories my friend and i have formulated:

one. after dumbledore's "death", i was shocked but didn't believe it. i still don't. throughout the whole rest of the book until now (i read it on july 17), i haven't believed it. so i figured, he's not dead .. it's too easy for him to be dead. he's dumbledore, he can't be dead! my friend then told me about his theory: since two things have been introduced in this book, i think (casting spells without speaking and making up spells), snape could have said the curse but thought his new spell and thus somehow temporarily killed dumbledore or made it appear as if he were killed.

one, part two. support for this theory: dumbledore always said he trusted snape .. when'd he ever been wrong? also, dumbledore was never buried; there was a white cloud or something, i don't remember what exactly.

two. yeah, you all know about regulus .. yeah.

three. both harry and voldemort die. "neither of them can live while the other lives" .. is that the prophecy? something like that. so, if you think about it, that kind of implies an ending like that. i'm pretty sure jk would never have harry die and voldemort live, because she'd upset a LOT of readers, particularly young ones, with her realism. i think to have both of them die is a relatively realistic approach yet very satisfying and not cliffhanger-y at all.

four. i knew harry and ginny were going to hook up! and ron and hermoine. those two are too cute. and harry and ginny .. ohhh, i so saw the ending coming. but i have a feeling ginny isn't going to give up .. harry and ginny. i love it.

CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW THE MOVIE WILL TURN OUT FOR BOOK SIX?! I can't wait already.

WOW; that was just shocking when I read the words Snape, Avada Kadavra and Dumlbedore in the same line, I just froze.........
I also think Dubledore will either become a portrait or a ghost or something, because, I do belive he's dead, but as we all know, there is no magical way of un doing that...but i also thing we havent seen the last of him....
The entire book I thought the HBP was Harry's mother, and thar prince was a nickname or something, but then I switched to Voldemort, I thought it was anoter Horcrux at a time, but SNAPE???? that really was a surprise.....
I really hope Snape will die horribly, along with Bellatrix, and if I may add, Dolores Umbridge wich reminded me to a teacher I had and I HATED her....
JK has said that a happy ending is not certain, and by the increasing darkness on the books, Im sure it will be a surprising endind....

All in all, it was a wonderfull book, I hope JK will write the 7th just as big as the 5 (because she said OOTP is the largest one) so maybe she could make the last one at least one page shorter.....

Im gonna be trully sad when the saga end, I hope that it will not be the last on the adventures of Harry Potter.

Possibly Harry himself is a Horcrux. Think about it- a horcrux is something that Voldemort has put a piece of his soul into, in order to continue surviving. When he tried to kill Harry, did he not, inadvertantly put a piece of his soul into him? We think Voldemort, unknowingly, made Harry a horcrux. This would be the ultimate JK Rowling thing to do- Harry would have to kill himself in order for Voldemort to die. And that would explain a looot of thigs, such as why is the scar SO important (so much as being the last word of the last book), and why the profecy is made. OR, and this just occured to me, Voldemort holds a horcrux of Harry and viceversa, that's why the profecy says what it says.
Maybe, when Voldemort killed Harry's parents he created a Horcrux so big that went into the scar, and that's why he ended up like a spirit.......

Its an interesting subject... so it would be nice to see what are your thoughts about it.......

okay, I'm THINKING that it COULD mean neither can live peacefully while the other one is alive. it's possible. like Harry will never be able to have a normal life until voldemort is dead, vica versa...

i could be wrong...

I know it is a possibility but I dont think Harry is a horcrux. Voldemort puts his soul INTENTIONALLY in an object and that becomes a horcrux. Unless he was trying to make Harry a horcrux for some reason. But that would make no sense
